Useful app but the lack of training of the store's staff/ incharge makes it useless (GAISANO GRAND). After paying thru credit card,I went to the store to pick my groceries only to be refused since they cannot verify my payment. I had to come back 48 hours later & sign a lot of paper before my order is released. Happens to me every time!! The convenience turns into a hassle and stessful because of their lack of knowledge on how online payment works. Not recommended for urgent needs.

I ordered today and dated the delivery today it's been 6 hours, but nothing was delivered! It's already 8:08 pm. I ordered at Prince Hypermart Talisay Branch. There are no customer service options as well for any updates with regards to my order. Such an inconvenience!

Whenever I'm going to checkout my orders, it says that my location is out of coverage area, but I know that my address isn't because my sister were able to checkout her orders easily with the same address provided. I'm not sure what to do
