The worst ever app and the site is the same. SunExpress online check in system is totally unfriendly, the login is so confusing, you have to do it every step, you have no idea if you are logged or not, conflicting informations, nothing is working, practically the system is made only to do the check in at the airport and to take your money. Even one star is too much.

Unfortunately useless. The app doesn't allow 2 people to check-in under 1 booking! When you enter one passenger details and hit continue it says you can't use the same document for both passengers without actually allowing us to enter the details for the 2nd passanger! I had to check in from the webpage where actually you can see the system copies the 1st passenger's information to the 2nd one. After the check-in, the app couldn't show the boarding pass this time. Pain...
