Four years since I started using the App, and other than the constant double-verification situation I have really gotten to like it. Transfers are easy, my balances are always right-on and current. I think the verification issue is mostly due to the fact that I travel 100% of the time for work and my phone is logging in on different servers etc. I also like the level of fraud protection I'm experiencing.

Every time I try to check balances, I'm forced to authenticate. EVERY. TIME. No other app does this. I can appreciate app security but this is ridiculous. Remember my device. I've used it for years. I've had another banking app, and they do periodic checks. Time, or if I am suddenly out of town. This app? 24 hours, manual log in. One of the many reasons on a rather long list I plan on dropping them. Also, the balances are never accurate.

Very antiquated and outdated interface, lacks lots of features that other banking apps have, and tends to crash quite often after being installed for extended periods of time. It gets the job done though, albeit roughly. The only modern feature this app has (and the only reason it gets higher than a 1* rating) is the Biometrics (fingerprint) login.
