Great so, very easy to use. Singing I would like changed our updated,... When you open the 'E-Draws & Vouchers' page, it defaults to the first option. I would like it to open to either a preferred option or have it select the nearest branch. On a side note, I've receded a few notifications asking to confirm that the notification was received, however there is no indication on how to do this.

Total waste of time. I have read all positive and negative comments hoping to be one of the happy ones. 3 OTP's and 5 attempts later and still not successful...gave up. Was more or less prepared but also thought maybe the others were just impatient with the app. Sorry this app is not ready to be downloaded yet. More effort to make it user friendly. Pointless asking the questions below because the app can ONLY BE DOWNLOADED and that's the end of function.

If I could give it a 0.. I tried to complain about a problem on the customer feedback form. The "Send" button does not work so what's the point. The app is very confusing. The app e-voucher disappeared. It was supposed to appear (load to the card?) ,according the the Sun international service desk after 3 spins on the gaming machine it never did.
