App crashes constantly so cannot connect. App in sauna is over complicated & offers different programmes that all do the same thing, turn the sauna on. We only use 'quick mode' to get around this. Poor product support if you are not the original purchaser. Would not recommend without significant improvements throughout their system, 5/4/25, app still doesn't work, the 'science' is nonsense. 24/4/25. the app won't even work on Android phone or their own tablet. the team needs to constantly work h

This app is so darn close to being great, one day. As far as functionality it works how I would expect. But with the wifi connection required to be the same, it makes it a pain when I leave and come back to my office to then have to uninstall the app(phone) & restart tablet, and repest hot spot process. Its unfortunate that it only functions on a 2.4 network. Most are 5g these days. Also, I REALLY hope they create a way to schedule sessions from afar, both on the app and just via my laptop soon!

I NEVER rate apps but this one warrants it. It sucks. Never connects. If I schedule a preheat remotely in only works 10% of the time, if that. I can only imagine how much they profit on each sauna, clearly none of that money goes to improving the app
