I love this app so much I would recommend to anybody and everyone because the ads are not overbearing and there a a lot of things to do on the app that can help with stress and to just help get anything off of your chest. Also, this app helps a lot with people with anxiety like me and gives you breathing exercises specifically to help with your anxiety levels being really high. Once again I would recommend this app to anybody and everyone who is suffering with shd, depression, anxiety ect. 10-10

It's great so far it's really helpful, would recommend especially if you have anxiety like me the breathing exercises are really helpful. There are no bugs and you might get an add now and then, would definitely recommend

It's okay, the app its self is pretty straightforward and has methods to try and cope with certain feelings. However, the second I open the app I get hit with at least 3-4 ads before I can fill out a daily reflection. Overall an okay app
