This game has most important things right. Unique gameplay, great look, great performance. You should buy it, you will like it. Deserves to be a big hit, if they are given the runway needed to finish the polish. Because they obviously had to rush the launch. The bones of the games are totally solid, but there are whiffs on details. Two big things that they should solve asap. 1) What is the metric for beating a level? It offers two data points per-level, a score "floor" and a "no hits" counter. The score target appears to have no bearing on whether you pass a level, if you exceed it but die, it doesn't pass. And I don't know what No Hits could mean. It seems to just count the times each level is beaten, and does not mean you weren't hit. My impression is that you have to live through a set number of mobs waves, and those public numbers are tracking things unrelated to core gameplay 2) levels are really long, by design. In which case, pausing needs to be much easier.

Gorgeous art style paired with a gameplay that seems superficial and easy on the surface but deep down only true pro's will get the top scores by learning all the monster's different attack patterns. The music is superb and atmospheric.
Excellent game with tiny problem I love this game, one of the best mobile games I've seen in a long time, but on my Nexus 6p, when the battle gets really heated, I get very small lag spikes that end up killing me :(
