This was awesome! I had some initial trouble with the update, but the customer service is spectacular and it was fixed by simply Uninstaller and re-installing the app. I love that the Referral bonuses are now multilevel and even when the people I refer take advantage of referring, I'm still able to make money! The new features are easy to get to and much easier to change things myself if needed instead of calling in. I couldn't be more pleased with the upgrades SunPro Solar has made!!! Thanks!!

Install of the system was 3 months late from promise install date, with very little communication. The app doesnt show my usage, only referalls, which I care about usage not some incentive that I probably wont get anyway. We were also told we would get our rebate upon installation completion, now they say 20 weeks after install. So much breech of contract and misinformation from the salesperson. Not impressed. Friends with one of their supervisors, I think I'll give him a call.

Someone else commented about the terrible communication from sunpro. I can attest to that as well. 3+ month install. My difference is, my salesman was amazing. And still is. He followed up on a lot of stuff for me (which shouldn't have been his job). But the fact that I find out that my solar company was bought out by ADT (I can't stand ADT) from the icon changing on this app is appalling, yet also a perfect demonstration of sunpro's unwillingness to communicate with customers.
