this app is often completely unusable. the map won't load, your location won't load, the bus tracking won't load, or some combination there of. I normally have to try multiple times just to launch the app. if it wasn't so useful/I didn't depend on it so much I would have uninstalled it ages ago. it's in desperate need of some tlc.

2025, April. (update) I get no data, from the nearby stop to the route tracking.. Signing in (which has to be done each time app is opened) makes no difference and you couldn't do a trip plan before the app crashed completely. //However, they still have problems with connecting to the mainframe. July 4, 2021 - seems to be a problem with the app finding location, haven't seen it work since Friday [when the glitch started]. Location and data OK on phone.

Hi John - thank you for raising this issue.
Update: an issue was identified on the server side - a new app version has been updated that should hopefully resolve this issue. It would be great if you can update your app and see if it is working again.

I heavily rely on this app as I am CONSTANTLY on the go especially with work. I walk and take the bus everywhere. But as of the past 6 months when I put in the location and destination it shows that no buses or routes are able to be found. I've been having to use Google as my map. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app many times and NOTHING!!!! WTH is going on???
