Almost always, my loan account is not available. I'm never able to add a biller in the bill pay section and even trying to pay a SunTrust bill does not work. Checking my balance and transferring money between those two accounts works great but every other feature rarely works.
Since the new upgrade I have been having a hard time logging in. It either freezes on me or just keeps loading. Never had problems before until recently. Pain in the butt having to reboot my phone when it freezes on their screen just trying to look at my bank account.
The older version was great.. This recently updated version is a pain! It will sit forever trying to log in. I give up on it after waiting for many minutes. Not at all what you want in an app. Sorry! Hope the problems can be fixed soon!!
Seems the mobile deposit doesn't like to work much anymore. I could go to the bank in the time it takes to load and all the failed attempts. Fix it and I'll give you back your 5 stars. But for now you are merely mediocre... Update: way to go Suntrust for making your mobile deposit better than ever. Can't get any easier than this. Awesome job! Update for the update: it looks worse and performs worse. This is not good. Change it back.
Mobile App has been down on my Android for a week. Updated to the lasted update on my iPhone. That worked until Noon, today. Online Banking was up early this morning, but went down around noon. This is ridiculous. The last version of the app was more reliable than this new version. New app should be better, not worse. Would give zero stars for this, if I could.
This app is awful, half the time I can't sign in. It Always yells me I have to use a one time code that never gets sent in time to use before the app " times out"!! I'm seriously considering changing banks
