Still Not Working I still am unable to make a deposit. It seems to accept front and back images of a check; then, it says unable to complete transaction at this time.
Works well I have had awesome experiences using SunTrust online. The last time I went into my local SunTrust, that I have been dealing with for 25 years. I was told you need to go online we are discontinuing our SunTrust to account owner relationship. If you need something from SunTrust Bank get it online. Anything you get from the bank itself you will be charged for. I am very happy with this app. There are no rude bank employees.
Sucks I've never had problems with a banking app until this one. It's never available when you need it. I downloaded the app so I wouldn't have to actually go online to make changes to or check my account. Absolutely hate it.
New mobile deposit sucks At least two attempts per side of the check, tripled the time it takes. Bah fix this please!
Hate it So inconvenient and unreliable. Atleast once a week "Service is currently unavailable, please try again" So far today been like this for nine hours. But when it is working can be helpful.
Great Improvements The SunTrust app has been pretty unreliable in the past but it has been great so far with the recent updates. Depositing checks with the app is so easy now and the auto capture is fun to look at lol
Work well Works as offered. Hasn't failed yet. Does glitch in early morning though.
