They give various payment options. Once order placed and paid. The payment shows pending in banking app. This is normal and can take days. Yet I get an urgent message to pay within 2 hours as they haven't received my payment. They then cancel your order if don't pay. Why would I? As it would just be another pending payment.... So my money is still pending a week later from a Spascan payment and my order was cancelled. How can a company survive like this?

Once ordered a pair of sneakers, which were listed as low stock. After not receiving the delivery, I asked for a refund or credit to my account and they mentioned they had already done so, which they didn't. when escalated, they asked for bank statements, which I provided and clearly showed they did not refund me. The customer service is really poor. Consider ordering as gambling. You may get your package you might not, if you don't, sorry no money back guaranteed.

The app itself is okay, but the service delivery is astonishing for such a large retailer. Don't even bother to request assistance. The assistants, seeming more like bots by the level of their responses, are a total waste of time. You seriously need to look into your systems and the level of training you provide your personnel working with customers. And don't even dare ask me to email you further details about this; refer to my emails regarding the last 2 issues I had over the last 2 months.
