kenapa pas udah pembayaran itemnya gak dapat??? sudah berapa kali saya login tetap saja itemnya gak dapat, terus pas saya klik untuk pembayaran ulang malah muncul lagi code nya, padahal saya sudah bayarr dari mbanking. tolong supaya diperbaiki, ini kesannya seperti penipuan, beli barang tapi barangnya tidak ada!!!

tolong kepada tim pengembang untuk di optimalisasikan lagi terkait dengan sinyal dan loadingnya, karena saya selalu memiliki sinyal bagus dan mobile dengan spesifikasi high end, akan tetapi loading screen ketika berpindah tempat terasa sangat lama, berbeda ketika bermain game yang kompetitif multiplayer, sangat lancar loading, sangat aneh ini game membutuhkan waktu lama untuk memuat, padahal Minecraft saja yang membutuhkan rendering tinggi tidak selama game ini ketika di mainkan di hp saya

udah lama ngga main, eh mau masuk game lama ngga bisa pake facebook atau email, padahal akun lama masuknya pake facebook / email, bikin males harus mengulang dari awal, itu penyebab orang meninggalkan game ini karena saat mulai main lagi ngga bisa log in aku lama, harusnya ada kebijakan masuk akun lama pakai facebook/email. kalau pakai supercellid ngga semua orang daftarkan game nya di supercellid. jadi ini gimana solusinya supaya bisa masuk ke akun lama, ngga ada solusi harus mulai dari awal
