After paid didn't receive the ICE credit I had purchase the ICE credit with value MYR36.66 for buying some new hero, unfortunately I had successful transfer the money to the game development but I didn't receive the credit, it's still showing me 0 in my account. Please check.

The latest update has bugs. There was always this bug that ruined the game but I found that uinstaling Google game service would eliminate the bug thanks for the dev's advice. But the latest update 1.16 .1 brought the bug back even though my Google game services were unistaled please fix it.

Hi Ibnu, We released update 1.16.1 which should solve your issue! Please try reinstalling using this order: 1) uninstall Vainglory 2) uninstall Google Play Store updates 3) power off device for 15+ seconds 4) install Vainglory Remember the instalation location needs 2GB free space, VG only needs about 1GB but devices like space for Flex Memory!

Pings are always in between 350 and 400 In the previous update it was fixed bt again in 1.16.1 its started again fix. And also put a tab in the get heroes section where its written my heroes all ur purchased heroes are shown.

Great game Really great moba, the only suggestion I have is more of a diversity in the store. Usually most of the characters run the same build which is redundant. Please make something besides only wp or cl, or add more items to these categories because 6 tier 3 items is just not enough.

Update Still Broken I tried all the options downloading it to my internal memory but it still doesnt work . If i install through SD it will crash the download. When I install through internal, the game will always close. Pls Fix. I JUST WANNA PLAY

Sorry Johairee! This could be one of two things, either the location of installation is lower than 2GB of memory, Vainglory only needs about 1GB but devices hate running low because of Flex Memory, or your SD card is having issues. Try making sure you have enough space on your internal memory and try to install there. Hope that helps!

The Lag is horrible The game is so slow, at points I lag and I still play but it's just hard to play and help my teammates when I don't know what's going on til a few 3-5 seconds later. I still love the game but the lag is what kills the game.

After the update it been worst Gr8 work vg developers..after the update cms 1.16.1 is been worse Dan 1.16.0...1.16 even installed Upto 99.04% nd new update install only 1.17%...gud work.. U did a gr8 job to ruin the hope of the many vg lovers...I though u upgrade the game for better game play but don't knw dat u ppl upgrade the game for ruin its popularity...Gudluck....

New Update The game is amazing, overall! Some issues with lag and the lack of communication is a bit annoying, but really fun to play when others aren't afking. However, with this newest update, it constantly restarts. I can't even play, let alone look at the cool new character you guys have added.

Hope it would help!!!!!! If u have enough storage to install vainglory in your internal memory try to install and remove ur sd card but first u must reset ur phone into factory setting..I have the same problem on u guys before I try this step and now I can play da game... No way to communicate in words There is absolutely no way to communicate using actual words which sucks especially when ppl spam me with the question mark for not helping when I have low hp but other than that it's an awesome game

Well I liked this game a lot but for some reason I'm experiencing terrible lag in this game now. Barely able to play it. Would be an awesome game but the lag/penalties you suffer from losing a connection is pretty... what's the word... oh yeah dumb af yo!!!

EVERY game I played, I had terrible teammates. I played a dozen games, and every time there was always someone leaving or going afk, thus causing us to lose. Or they would be flat out noobs and try to exit the base at the bottom of the base, only exit is at the top. By the time Im level 8, theyre still level 4 and every other person on the enemy team is equal level with me. EVERY team, sucked so bad. PvE gives you absolutely nothing, so there's no reason to even play this trash.

Good Game I like this game a bunch, but I also wish it had volume control so I could turn the music off and the effects down so I can listen to my own music, or an audio book, or a podcast. Battle royale for casual or ranked would be great.

I tried many solutions as possible as you suggested here for the other user but still can't play or even install it. FYI, I'm using sd card to install vainglory cause I am lack of storage in my internal memory. Thanks.

5 Stars to 1 Star because.. NO REPLY 23/9/15 TILL NOW. (NOBODY REALIZED THE SCAMMING??) Because I JUST realised how dishonest the 'ICE'/Cash currency shop is. They are lying about the amount of bonus ICE you get from buying the higher amount ones. For $5.98 you get 600. For $12.98, 1300 ICE which they say is +100 bonus for free! When in fact you are also paying an additional dollar for 100! It is the same for every step up! $25.98 for 2640, bonus +240 it says but its only roughly +40!! What the hell? I'm quite thoroughly disappointed with this company right now. I expect a change and a reply!!

NERF NEW CHARACTER The new character throws the whole 3v3 into 3v4. Like are you kidding me!? I've lost 85 percent of my games because of that new character. I couldn't even get my first win of the day. I'm still getting matched with inexperienced people. I've tried your voting thing and no it doesn't work. It's frustrating cuz each game takes so long and I try my hardest every time I never go negative and I always ping. I never troll and I never build wrong. It's just so unfair. I spend so much time and it's frustrating.

Hey Duran, for bad players use the voting system, it helps! For lag try this: 1) Turn off device Bluetooth and nearby Bluetooth 2) Open ports 6000~8000 & 8020 3) Restart router and device 4) Try playing on 3G/4G to see if it helps, if it does, your ISP might have an issue with Vainglory, ask them to increase the Packet size/amount and open ports!

Best MOBA on andriod. I love it, but... It has a few bugs. It freezes in UI, forcing me to open task manager and bring the game back up to resume. Often, on the "select hero" screen none of the hero images are visible and I have to select blindly. Often heroes aren't visible in the "buy heroes" or match loading screens, either. Still it gets 2 stars, because once I'm in a match it works fine, and it's an awesome game. (5 stars,-3 for updating without fixing ANY of these things). I want to buy some heroes but I won't spend a dime until it's fixed!

Patch is fixed.. it the same error as most of all get.. finish Installed and then back to main screen.. I already reinstalled about 5 times.. I turn my phone off, uninstall the latest update but the result its the same.. plz fix it.. this game make my day when I bored in the office.. Thx..Gbu.... (Fixed with good reply.. thanks)

FIX THIS (FIXED) So far update 1.16 has been one of the worst patches I have ever experienced. When 1.16 came out, I was excited for the patch as usual and ready to play the new content, but however I and other people in this community have experienced a bug. THE GAME WON'T DOWNLOAD/UPDATE. It always pauses or freezes and restarts, I've tried SEMC'S method but it didn't work. I eventually had to redownload it 10 times and have been trying to do so for the last 2 hours. It's become tedious and annoying. FIX IT

Glitchy Can't play the game well. The game's fps looks fine but the game is too glitchy! Heroes glitched out, they're feet walks funny sometimes ths screen goes wierd red. It's broken. I hope you fix this then I rate 5 stars. But for now, it's 2 stars. I'm using Samsung Tab 3 Lite.
