Ratings and reviews

This broker/app is the easiest to trade in but after this update, i don't like it anymore. It has additional pairs & new set of reward for new users, yes, but other than it got more complicated. The chart & where you input your trade details is now in 2 different section. The price in the right side of the chart is not moving anymore, you can't adjust it comfortably now. And the slider almost got half of the screen too.

I haven't been able to open the snapex app since a month ago or so, i thought the newest update would have fixed it, but it didn't. I am using google pixel 2, android 11 still can't open the app until now. Please fix this, it's a bit of a pain to open it in browser all the time, the other trading app i used didn't have this issue at all

I think you have to do an Update on the Snapex application because there are Bugs in my opinion, and the problem is just happening today, my internet is good connection, but several times Opening the application can not see Candel Graph, I have tried various methods, so I have to Dellete data / reinstall on the application more than 15 times I did that / Today. you must immediately update there may be Bugs
