Enroll your vehicle and receive a unique customer barcode. This barcode must be scanned at the pay station terminals at the car wash entrance. Remember to always scan your customer barcode first before purchasing a wash to ensure you get credited points.

I hate this app and the whole system. I downloaded this app do prepurchase carwashes. I can purchase them without issues but it will never load the scanable barcodes for me to actually use them. Also if I try to scan my barcode at the machine to get points for my wash purchase it always times out and am never able to receive any of my points. The whole system is a total waste of time!

Unable to purchase or load a prepaid wash code. The prepaid washes tab is perpetually in loading status. I performed all the troubleshooting I knew of with no success in resolving the issue. Force stopped & restarted app. Logged out & back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled, page is STILL loading. I attempted to contact the developer to resolve without leaving a bad review, buuuuuut I am unable to reach them, got a returned undeliverable message. I give up.

worked when i first got it. had to replace my phone. when i reinstalled, it will longer let me log in. called cs. they see my acct, but don't know why i can't log in. have uninstalled and re installed numerous times no luck.. sucks because I did like the app when i was able to use it.. got a call from the DM at one point, was told i could email him copies of receipts and he would credit my acct. who keeps those?? Actual locations are great.. wish the app would get fixed 😕
