Problems Last couple of times when I added the coupons on my card from the app they don't transfer. It is a real pain when you check out and realize everything you circled didn't take. This time I checked if they transfered over and it shows no coupons on my card and the coupons I circled are not listed under the coupon section.

Good and getting better Gets better with each version. For those who can't find coupons, in the last week or so they made it so that ad coupons are auto added to your account. Was confusing for me as well until I saw it mentioned in the paper ad.

Coupon fail or not? Who knows. Since 9/10 new coupons are not available to load. New version on 9/14 still no new coupons... No reason to use without coupons. Update: apparently they auto load the store coupons onto the card. This wasn't communicated very well. We will see how this works.

Frustrated The coupons are not loading. Can't upload freebies, coupons are not refreshing.

Rewards Card Wouldn't let me register. Little frustrated with Cub today. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

Great! Worked before but I love it even more now that coupons are auto loaded on to the card, just by scanning my card I dont have to worry about the looks the register girl gives me to see if I got the coupons for it or not! Only recommendation I would give is to have an easier list of what your are interested in from the ads.

Doesn't work I have changed the password multiple times and still can't sign in. Waste of time!

Mostly Accurate Coupon descriptions don't always show. I often must go to customer service to have a coupon or two honored. Cub Foods has always honored the coupons even if the app didn't.

Coupons Disappear While ecoupons are fantastic to have, I continuously have to check and re-add coupons to my card. For whatever reason, I can't remove a coupon I accidentally add to my card, but the ones I really need keep magically removing themselves. I have been paying $10 - $15 more per trip because of this glitch, and because the app doesn't work when I am connected to Cub's wifi ... how convenient!

Great idea but works terrible I like this apps purpose, but it doesn't work. One thing I've noticed is that new coupons from new weekly adds can't be added to my coupons on Sunday. They can be circled but they don't show up under my coupons, in fact they don't even show up under all coupons. On top of difficulty adding coupons, trying to delete ones you added by mostake is a pain. This app needs work but they don't seem to be in a hurry to correct it.

Still Sucks This app has never fully worked. Some coupons still do not stay on the card or work at the register. There are coupons available for future dates and you cannot easily see dates the coupons are active for. It makes it VERY CONFUSING for shopping, as you don't easily know what coupons are available to use. Gas coupons take a couple days to be active to use at the pumps.

Last update not so great They just had an update today (5/26) and i feel like noting has changed. No problems were fixed. The coupon description is no longer under the coupon and you have to click on it to see what it actually entails. And every time you click on one and read it and go back ot starts back at the top. Very annoying. Please make it like it used to be.

I Wish Could Sign Up for myRewards I continue to get the following: "network error, please try again." What's the point of the app if I have to forgo that particular funtionality--it's worthless to me right now; looks beautiful though. I've study some Computer Science, so I know it's not my fault.

Much Improved The mobile app for Android has signifantly improved performance, thank you! One feature I particularly like is the product locator. The only annoying thing I can think of is that, when you drill down on an item on your shopping list, when you go back, you are not taken back to your list. You have to bring up the shopping list from the main menu again. Overall, much improved! This has gone from a nearly unusable app due to latency and design issues to one which is very helpful!

It's ok I mostly use the prescription refill portion of the app. I think it would be good to have a confirmation page after refills are submitted rather than a store map. A map is good, but feels like it belongs as a link on the confirmation page along with pharmacy hours and phone number. I will say, though, that it's a great thing to have, and I use it every month for refills. It's especially nice for those of us who have social anxiety when it comes to phone calls.

Coupon list No details on coupons unless you click them. But if you do when you go back, you're back at the beginning of the list. Such a pain. There have been improvements since the app first came out. I appreciate it. Please keep working to improve.

Coupons hard to load,disappear Can never load Friday freebie, Most people don't have 2 hours to load coupons with all the errors and website issues. Why don't you save everyone the frustration and auto load the coupons to the cards. Your IT department needs to really work on this app.

Coupon issue New update ok... i don't like when I view detail of coupon info and go back to coupon list it starts over to beginning... then I have to scroll back down to where I was at... old version didn't do this. And everyone complaining about permissions, majority of all apps downloaded are exact same. They all want access to everything it's not just cub app.

You can't find prices? There's no prices for anything? This app doesn't do anything that Google doesn't. Finding a product in the store I can't imagine is very useful. Definitely deleting the app.

Not sure if the app or site is worse... The main reason I use this app is to add coupons to my card. But this feature barely works and keeps getting worse if anything. You don't get a full description of a coupon unless you click it. But if you click it and then go back, you're put at the very top of the page, which is really annoying when you're trying to scroll from A-Z and add coupons you want as you come across them. If my finger just misses the tiny + button, I end up clicking the item and end up at the top again. Please fix this.

Coupons Latest version keeps losing coupons. I don't see any way this was tested prior to the latest release.

Useless I got this app so i could refill my prescriptions. The barode scanner NEVER works, and when I manually enter the scrip info and I hit submit it still doesn't go through. Dumb.

Broken prescription function This was the bee's knees when the prescription refill feature worked, but it's always broken in some way when I need it.

Unable to order a new card - repeat "network errors" frustrating.

Useless Won't allow me to sign up through the app, and it can't find my card. Worthless.

When is the next version coming out? Go to Shopping List and the app fails.

Application no longer crashes all the time, but they added to the list of unusual permissions they request. I contacted the developer (response below). App requests 14 permissions, 7 are defined as "Dangerous" by Google. Some unusual requests I noted include access to my precise location (similar apps only request general location), know the phone number of someone I called/called me, ability to call phone numbers, ability to use camera, and ability to turn on my flashlight. ***Generic response from Cub Customer Care: "The mobile app does require access to contacts, call logs and camera/flash. By allowing access to the mobile phone features the customer can call a store, pharmacy, etc from the mobile app. The user can email their list directly from the app, instead of being pushed to a different app or browser. This also allows the application to grab the user’s contact information and the email address they already have stored and to use this directly within the app. The camera request is to that the user can scan barcodes. Access to your location is to determine you distance to a store using store locator."

Never used to crash, now it crashes every time I try to use it. Can't get to my grocery list, don't know if coupons have been added. I used to love this app now it is too frustrating to use!

App update blows (v 3.1 mid May 2016) 1. Details of coupons no longer appear on the coupon list screen. User must click on it to see info and expiration. 2. When user clicks on coupon details and then goes back to the list, user is returned to the TOP of the coupon list every time, even if you've already scrolled down 100+ entries. This is more a problem because it seems to be easy to go to the details screen by mistake. Always have wanted to be able to delete a coupon from "on my card" but that's minor.

Not very good App is very slow most of the time. Shopping list does not include the location of the items, such as the Isle number - this is the most important feature for me. One nice feature - when a coupon is loaded to your card, the item is added to your shopping list.

Crashes This app was working fine and just now today it has started crashing everytime I try to use the shopping list, so now it is unusable! there are no updates to correct this issue!
