We have used SupportBee for a few years now and have found the tools they provide to be very helpful. They are responsive to our requests an have been helpful the few times we have had issues.
Cannot create a ticket from the app. So the may use for the app doesnt work. Also a button top right causes it to crash and forget everything so it needs to put in the domain and login details every time, which means I can't use a easy to remember password.
