Ratings and reviews

I really wanted to like this app. Unfortunately, the free portion does not have enough to offer and the premium is unbelievably expensive. I would gladly have paid $5/mo for the features. I think it's well worth that. $20/mo, though? I don't see how that is justifiable. Maybe there could be a middle ground option. I don't need unlimited live customer support or fancy charts. I just want to send receipts and have the option to mark when something has already been paid. Very disappointed.

I'm in love with the new version of SupportPay. It means a lot when a company addresses the concerns of its users and adds features from our requests. The best feature is receipt scanning, where all I need to do is take a picture of the receipt and the app autofillls the details. Genious! This is a game-changer for single parents who always have to hold onto receipts for reimbursement. Excellent platform!.
