Ratings and reviews

No questionnaire. Poor support. After talking with my tax preparer, uninstalling and reinstalling, I finally got the app to work. More problems; When messaging to preparer if I navigated to another menu and back, all my work was lost. Navigating through a submenu, I couldn't read the pulldowns to select categories. I continued to have multiple problems. Thank God I got through it. I'm tired of hearing support tell me they were sorry or working on it.

The app seems a little buggy. The TODO items disappear and reappear. The screen visibly refreshes when selecting form items. Some form answers are not submitted correctly, and it forces you to answer multiple times and/or is left unanswered. The sign up process is not clear. When you install the app it "forgets" the invite context. So if you create the account using a diffent email, your account is not linked. You are then forced to create a second following the invite link.

Nightmare! Won't let me upload any files from my samsung phone. Just sits there and spins saying it's uploading when it's not. After 40 minutes I scanned to the computer the old fashioned way and had to upload to the web based version. That version is not user friendly either. Very confusing interface and hard to tell where your files have uploaded to. I look in documents under uploaded and it just spins like it will load but it won't. Under activity it shows it uploaded. Absolute waste of time.
