It started to disconnect when using Google chrome via the "fastest location" option. I reached out for help, they couldn't figure it out. Told me "use other locations." Then it started to drop connection frequently even when using other locations. Reached out for help again, they couldn't figure it out again. Not to mention the chats were disappearing after they asked me to go to the app and change settings. The answer from them: "I don't know why the chat disconnected." All in all-lousy service

Update; Regardless of my effort to contact customer support, they are not able to offer any real solution. In fact, the issue is now worse. I am not able to access the internet when connected to the vpn. "Of recent, I have been having issues with this VPN. Especially with Geo blocking on so many apps. Even though I chose a server in the location of the app, it still detects my true location and blocks my connection. I wonder if every other app can see my real IP."

VPN is good for the most part. I do tend to have issues with some things due to their aggressive blocking of trackers and such (which isn't a bad thing), but easily resolved. 3 stars due to marginal support. One of their app updates broke my other VPN apps (yes, more than 1) causing them all to disconnect randomly. I opened a ticket with them, they told me it was probably the other VPNs (paraphrasing) and that they did not have a solution and closed the ticket.
