数年使っていますが、サービスの質は年々低下しています。 CleanWebは広告をほとんどブロックしなくなりましたし、 ブラウザの拡張機能は、サブスク期間中にも拘わらず「サブスク切れ」のエラーを出して頻繁に接続出来なくなります。速度も以前ほどは出ず、いつまで待ってもページが表示されないトラブルも増えました。正直、価格以外に見るべき所が無くなりつつあります。

広告ブロックのためにVPNアプリを使ってます。以前はAdGuardを使っていたんですが、広告ブロック検知されるのと、やたらバッテリーを消費するのが嫌でプライベートDNSにしたら色々不都合があり、Proton VPNに切り替えました。良かったのですが料金が高く、業界最安らしいSurfsharkに変えました。が、CleanWeb機能を有効にしてもほとんどの広告が表示されるので、私の目的には合いませんでした。返金はLive Chatの中の人に英語で相談して行う必要がありました。アルバニアのサーバーを使うという代替案を提示され、一時は広告が減ったので、一度返金を取り下げました。しかしすぐに広告が表示され、再度返金申請をしたところ、最終的には返金してもらえることになりました。サポートのレスポンスは早いです。

近頃アクセス不可現象が目立つ。特にスマホはできるのにPCはできない、同じ回線のWiFiなのに
