Great app! Very easy to create surveys and keep a track of results on the go. Used it for my college project and it was easy to integrate it with Google Sheets to sync the results.

Installed it but it wouldn't open. Uninstall and reinstalled 3 times. Wouldn't open. Restarted phone, reinstalled, still wouldn't open. Gave up and wrote this review.
