It's okay but one of the biggest annoyances is that from time to time the portal is down and the app won't connect. When that happens, it forgets my login credentials and also turns off the biometric authentication and I have to set it all up again. Not sure why these things have to happen when the cloud is down.

The app is trash. I can log into the website fine, have changed my password multiple times, and have never been able to login to the app. Just asked for login assistance through the app, and it said the feature wasn't available. So, what's the point in offering login assistance?!? Only reason I gave it an extra star is because you can used it for one time guest payments.

Given the choice of the website (which works fine) or the app, I'd go with the app. It's not 5-star worthy, but it's faster and easier to use than the website. All the 1-star ratings seem to be about connection issues, but they must have resolved them because I haven't experienced any of the problems others have described.
