Tried this for the first time and was delightfully surprised at the fast service and polite runner, as well as the user-friendly app. I think more items should have photos and descriptions, like you'd get in a regular menu. Overall very happy though, definitely my go-to food delivery service from now on!

Wanted to use the delivery. The list of restaurants are unavailable. You have the search manually the restaurant name. Keeps on lagging. Had to wait 5 minutes every time I search . So inconvenient

Very convenient (lots of vendors on the list), efficient (in terms of payment) and helpful staff. I'm using this app at least twice a week. I really like it. It seems orders close evey Saturday and this is the only thing I dislike about it. I also experienced some long waiting - about 3 times so far. But the runners texted and informed me about the delays. They also apologised in advance. I can forgive them for that.
