hi Suunto support, i really dont like to just write negative things about your hard work. I am sure that you are trying your best to deliver a good product however the last update isn't. Spartan ultra here, doesnt sync; i can't see any of my moves after the update. App freezes on "syncing" but nothing really happens. Pretty pls, fix this. Thank you
The app crashes every time I try to open it. It used to work well. Not sure if it is due to recent update or because I was trying to sync a large (12hrs gas and heart rate) file from my Ambit3 peak. Please fix.
Connectivity is garbage. If I could give it negative stars, I would... Come on developers, pay homage to the people, your consumers and change+improve bluetooth connectivity and app performance. Seriously frustrating!
The latest version of Suunto no longer syncs with my smartphone. The previous version worked fine. I shouldn't have updated the app. Unfortunately, I can't roll back to the previous version. This seems to be a recurring pattern. Alternatively updates breaks connectivity. I tried all the obvious steps: clearing the cache; impairing; reinstalling.
How is possible that Suunto is delighted with this App? With Samsung S6 I can't connect the watch Spartan. They tease us or they are incompetent
Major syncing issues with ambit 3 sport watches..I noticed loads of other reviews with similar comments otherwise a great app sorting this out would get a five star rating from me
