Session timed out... My subscription is paid until July 1, 2016; however, my camera is not saving to the cloud so I can no longer review what happened earlier in the day. I yet to receive a response to my email addressing this concern. Additionally, I am not able to change my Wi-Fi password, nor hook up a second camera. I was pleased in the beginning, but the problems continue to grow.
This thing is junk. I followed the directions. After downloading the app and registering, the camera doesn't show up on the app. There are no directions describing how to connect the camera to the internet. Gggrrr
WORTHLESS!!! I've had this for two years and every time I check my camera feed, my screen just says "loading" never had a single problem with my Samsung Smartcam
Too late if you opt for the upgrade, the systems is unrecoverable. Totally useless device! Swann never ever again
Works Fine Ad40 setup was easy as it described. Works when phones not on WiFi. Phones s7 and haven't tried the cloud save feature but will. Also going try the firmware upgrade in app for motion detect 5 stars if it's good.
Update! Some Problems This app stopped streaming good now, the signal drops all the time. It works good sometimes. The tech support is very helpful if needed.
