Unbelievably getting worse ... Was pretty crap, connection intermittent, sensors lost connections - spent an afternoon deleting and re-connecting everything, worked for like 20 mins, and slowly, sensor by sensor and feature by feature, the hardware and software stopped working. No reply from Swann to many e-mails now. I re-named my 'smart hub' dumb hub. Don't buy one. Avoid. It's useless.
Never buy swannone Very shocking company and hopeless camera system for the price. Instructions miss atleast 3 quarters of the setup and there is a 30 second lag. Says HD but all we saw was a glitchy person. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. Do not buy
Live stream never works Ever since cloud server upgrades live feeds don't work just circle going around. Worked fine before. Security systerm is extremely poor at best. Siren I bought never works and goes off randomly. I'll be buying Nest I think next unless this is fixed. Now worse than ever can not set home mode or away mode, keeps saying can not contact panel. Currently stuck In away mode now.
Don't waste your time Return your device while you still can this app is completely unreliable which defeats the whole purpose of security. Don't risk your belongings by counting on this system to work for you.
The App is getting worse and worse, now the basic function of remote switch is not even working. Good concept, but a lot room to improve, need to add schedule function and recording to local storage
Does not work App constantly loses connection with the hub so the hub is armed for 'away' mode but the app is stuck at 'I'm home' mode. Trying to change it returns the error 'Cannot connect to panel'. For a while, logging out of the app and logging back in fixed this problem but then even that stopped working. Useless and irritating.
Improvements and bug fixes.
