I love this little app. It works great with my already existing speakers and saves me the trouble and expense of a electronic version. That being said, I think the December update is nice, but this version has a bug , and it randomly stops. It also stops when Google play is downloading anything from app store. The colour code is fine but the layout seems like it can be better refined. One of the boxes seems oversized. Edit: Judging from the screenshots .I think it's only with my varied screen size. Again all these are minor glitches. The app itself is great. I have no issues even if the aforementioned bugs aren't fixed. I use this app everyday. My deep gratitude goes to the developers. Thank you guys.
This is a wonderful app for musicians. The previous version of this app worked very well on Samsung GTN7000. However, the current version of this app DOES not install on GTN7000. Also, the current version installs on the new Samsung Tab A(2017) but does not run on it. It is my request to the developers to solve this issue. Nevertheless I still give 5 stars to this app. My request to make this App compatible with Samsung Tab A (2017 model) sm-t385 remains not yet fulfilled. Request the developers to do the needful at the earliest.
Good, better than most. Recommended Yes, it works alright... though it has the occasional glitch looping (stop/start). The timbre seems a bit harsh for a background accompaniment. But hey, it's free and it works! And not for just 5 minutes like all the others. The best I've found so far... good enough, accurate pitch.
Stops working when exited Even when I press home button, not back button, it runs in the background but eventually stops. It shouldn't stop unless I want it to, it is annoying when you are in the middle of using it and it just stops. Should loop infinitely until we want it to stop.
Perfect for playing bansuri or other music instrument on background of this app! The quality of the sound is perfect too. You can choose different scales and the first string, which will play. Cannot be better!
This used to be the best Tanpura app on the Play Store. Then it was updated. On my Redmi 2 Prime it always plays the same pitch, however many times I try to change it. For example if it's on C and I change it to D or E it still plays C. Has been going on for an year plus. Finally got frustrated and wrote this review. This is my first time I'm writing a review, I'm that saddened about it. Please devs, look into this
