Overall good app. Some changes I'd like to see: Don't want my sweepstar to get changed without consulting me. I must confirm first that I accept the change. Fixing/maintenance is not available. If the service isn't available yet, remove the button. I'd like to see how long the sweepstar has worked for sweepsouth. It shows how long they've been working, but I'd like to know how long they've been in sweepsouth's employ. I'd like to see the sweepstars' reviews.

Hi Holly. SweepStars are independent contractors, which means that they have full control over their schedules - where and when they work. I have not used sweepsputh in over a year now and now that I want to use it again I can't book a service. All of my booking history is gone, but I get emails everytine there's a special. What is actually going on?

I've been using Sweep South for years, and it used to be a wonderful and reliable way to get good, quality help at short notice. However, the ratings are seriously off, the staff is not properly trained, I always need to wander the streets looking for them, and this just actually defeats the purpose of this service. Sadly, it's just become more of a mission than help, and I'd rather get help elsewhere.
