The last service I had was not good. I did not want to badly rate the lady and affect her work, so I emailed support to get assistance. There is no customer service or guarantee. They just send AI generated email which say nothing and expect you to pay for a service you did not receive. You also cannot receive a refund. I will not be using the service in future.

Yesterday, I made use of Sweepsouth for the first time. The lady waited at our gate at 8h, as requested. But then she has 'accidentally' pressed the button on her phone to say she ended the job. Presumably so that she could get paid without doing the work? Her work quality was mediocre. I constantly had to check up on her. I had to ask her to clean underneath the furniture. At one point, I pointedly asked her to get off her phone and do her job. I shall not make use of this service again.

The help option/support sucks! I made a booking, was advised that the contractor declined the booking, made another booking and ended up with 2 active bookings, somehow; so I canceled one, but have been charged for 2. And cannot get help.
