Awful process. Received a promo with a link that went nowhere. Chatbot is VERY frustrating and makes you wait 24 hours for a response (when you're trying to order NOW), then disconnects. Can't talk to a live person. It seems like every time I try to order from sweetgreen, there are issues. Luckily there are plenty of other places to order from. Not worth paying $20+ for a salad when it's this frustrating.

Page layout is poor on Pixel 6 with 3-button navigation selected, at least since the web site was recently updated. The buttons at the bottom of the page (such as "Modify" and "Add to Bag") are almost entirely hidden under the navigation bar. I can't read them, but I can just barely tap them if I'm really careful. Devs need to account for users who aren't using gesture navigation. Also, selecting a location doesn't work well - can't scroll the restaurant list, and need two fingers to drag map.

It's their website, but as an app. I am totally fine with that but it doesn't really work on mobile. The buttons for checking out are hidden sometimes if your browsers url bar is on bottom. The styling is all messed up on certain pages. Think they need to do an audit and make it actually mobile friendly and relaunch this thing. Tldr, not a lot of effort was put into this so avoid it.
