About this app

The Time To Pet mobile application is a companion app for pet sitting and dog walking companies registered with Time To Pet. The app can be used by both staff members and clients to supplement their pet sitting software.

Staff members can use the app to quickly review their scheduled events, complete services and send updates to clients.

Clients can use the app to view and send messages, update their profile, review and request services and view and pay invoices.

Companies must already be registered and have an active account on Time To Pet in order for their staff members and clients to be able to use the app.

The app is great when it works but then it'll have some sort of error every couple weeks that after I try to complete a walk, the app just crashes and deletes all of my GPS data from that walk. then recently I had another error which it gave me a warning. that said, my storage was full. when I have 30 GB free on my phone, I had to delete all the app data and relog in all my information after I uninstalled the app three times. the support for this app is terrible. I would use any other app

Time To Pet has a lot of functions. Most of them are unreliable on the app, which has caused my phone to overheat, had issues with timers and sending messages, and most recently I couldn't use the keyboard to type messages. I surveyed my clients and they don't care about any of the features on the app. They care about pics and videos. I'm using my cell phone browser to send updates from the ttp dashboard and it's saving me time daily on troubleshooting the app. I can also send more videos.

They claim to have updated the app so it wouldn't freeze when you send the report. The problem got worse. I could have my uploads go through and once it gets to finalizing it doesn't go through. I have to close and try again. And that's if I can get through that. It has gotten to the point I have to restart my phone entirely to make a report go through. If you have any issues with you WiFi or data connection, expect this app to be hell for you.
