great selection, great purchasing options. really great customer service. somehow a returned Item was misplaced, I thought I put it with other items in the return box. I was sure they were going to charge me for it which would have been ok. Sweetwater decided the mistake could have been on them and didnt. Who does that these days? I shop with them often.

First time using Sweetwater for any gear, and it has been an easy and pleasant way to spend money on great equipment. The selection is a bit overwhelming (in a very good way) but it is easy to see why this is such a highly recommended place to get what you need. The customer service I have not needed at this time, but having them reach out following the order placement was cool, and I appreciate Dennis take the time to review my order. Will update after my gear gets here.
