Sweetwaters is a national franchise at this point and there's a reason they're doing well - the quality, although inconsistent at times (at no fault of the operators or staff, thanks covid), is far superior to Starbucks. Each location always has a very laid back vibe and their selection of treats are often from local vendors. The baristas are always very friendly and the few times they miss a detail it's very obviously due to staffing turnover that's happening everywhere. I love the ice dragons.

Doesn't always track points related to orders correctly. After last update, online ordering doesn't work at all. Shows no points either. The app serves one purpose and it completely fails at that one thing.

Can no longer mobile order! I get an error as does my boyfriend using an Android and an Apple. Just started in past few weeks. I get e-ord-3217 error he just gets error. I literally don't purchase if I can't mobile order so this has actually caused me to switch coffee shops! Each time it debits my bank account but also simultaneously reverses it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my payment methods, logged out and back in, literally everything. Why me!?!?
