Banking apps have one job - easy, uncomplicated access to my money. Not this one. This app is frequently offline with no notice and uses security theater that resets often. Trying to use Zelle is a nightmare through Sunwest. I use it because it's the only access I have... Not because I want to. Before someone asks, yes, I have reported it to the bank and both the OS and app are running the latest patches and updates.
