No receipts. No faq. No contact us option. The contact details are for buses. Nothing about private parking. It took ages to set up the app Vs other apps. Its not clear how you view or search for car parks. So frustrating why they can't all use the same apps that actually works. I have to have so many of these apps but this is the worst I've used. It did at least finally allow me to park. But the rest of it useless for business customers.

Not sure why WM combined couldn't use a bigger parking provider like Ringo or Paybyphone instead of clunking together their own poor solution. Set up takes far too long if you're waiting in a car park. You're unable to pay the exact amount, needing to top up a fixed amount, leaving me with credit I'm not going to use. I recently reset my phone, and for some reason I'm unable to use the my Google account to sigh in on my phone. Installed the app on my ipad and it logs in with no issues. Poor.

It's like the person who designed this has never used a parking app! Clunky 'top up' system rather than just taking payment from card. Is it simply a way to max revenue as 'top up' has to be set value, but actual parking cost is different? Can only pay to park one car at once, which is awkward. Finding car parks is also a little hit and miss. I had to restart app to make it work. Overall not very impressive.
