Hands down, only remote you need if you have an LG TV! Had downloaded 5 others that all sux. Quickest install, find TV, connects and your in business. Simple to operate, easy switching to other apps. Locates & connects after non-usage with ease and its FREE! As long as that continues, I'm 1 Happy Customer!👍👍👍👍👍 Found a flaw, CC doesn't work, nor HELP button.

YPDATE 30 July 2024 – is there some way I can donate or tio, in appreciation? UPDATE 19 July 2024 – Persistance has paid off as it's now connecting again. (Perhaps it's because of the software updates that recently got pushed to my TV and my phone?) Meanwhile, the user interface is a work of art! There is one issue though; I can't figure out if the "Exit" button (on my actual remote) is supported by the app.

It's not user friendly, it's frequently does maal functions, every time it requires relogging and many time it searches for the TV which takes long time which ends in failure
