Absolute garbage! I am unable to see the card to add it to my wallet. All links go round in a loop with no help available to add to wallet so I had to forfeit my compensation.

Unusable. Have €20 in two different vouchers but it won't let me use either as I cant get into the app tlor add them to my google wallet. Both only last 24 hours. Awful

A scam by British Airways. I downloaded the app, went through the setup process, and the app told me I needed to download the app. What a joke.
