Buggy mess. I had to visit the store multiple times just to get a prepaid esim to work. Why? Because the in app camera cannot focus on my id and constantly returns an error message. The same thing happened to the clerk in the store trying to help me with HIS phone. Then, when I tried to login, I was FORCED to identify myself again with my ID that I JUST SCANNED AT THE STORE. Why is this a feature? They also offered a delivery letter option with a code...Which didnt work. Buggy terrible app.

After the last update I can't even log in. Every time I press the Login button it seems to try to open the login window but immediately returns to the same screen with the Login button. After pressing it for god knows how many times it worked, just to throw me back to this screen after logging in, literally unusable. Edit: After trying several times with closing the app it worked. At one point it did however have two instances of the app in the recent apps overview, one still with the login.

Every time I need to login I end up considering stubbing myself with a sharp knife instead! And without login I cannot change settings. Please reconsider the login feature to prevent suicidal rate to increase. On Android try to setup internet lock, then login. The circular progress bar appears but the app never shows input text fields to login. Nor biometric reader. It simply goes back to the login button. That's frustrating. Update: it worked after removal and reinstall
