Loaded the app for a rail-based holiday over Christmas and New Year. After the first day (when all was well) it won't load the Swiss Maps option at all now. This is a disaster, as the maps are brilliant, and so useful when travelling around. I can't understand why it worked perfectly - for just one day!

I don't understand why every single time it pop up "Welcome to Zurich" notification and when I tapped on it, it keep showing Bern highlights and stuffs. It shouldn't be this way. My location (GPS) is on and working fine. Mobile data is working fine. No permission requested that I denied or anything. Something is very wrong.

I activated the Pilatus cap coupon in special offers. At Aplnachstad station, I was told I need to check at the top. At the top reception, after waiting in the queue, they said it's available at the shop. At the shop, they said I need to check at the reception, which again had a long queue. Looked like no one knew about it and I was just being kicked around.
