Constant bugs and inconsistencies in software, app is a royal pita to use. The logic that it follows is not intuitive enough, wondering if it was tested by service technicians at all. I still find it easier to hand write invoices. Lame.
HVAC service technician The program stall and keep spinning for something. I have to turn my phone off 4 time a day to reset it. It is a junk. Swremote never get it fix for the pass 2 yr.
I like it After using it a few times I would love to see an upgrade so that I could call the customer by touching on the phone number provided. Than it would get a full 5
Could be much better Freezes regularly, scroll selections dont always pick up consistantly. Tax selection always bounces. Notes section is aweful to edit in. Fields for numbers inly arent all number pads their keyboards. Makes no sense.
Great idea, poor execution Half the time Im unable to select boxes to enter info without touching several times. Should be able to cache data so tickets can still be completed when data service is unavailabe. Program is very slow between screens. If I have more than one job at a single home it has to be entered as 2 jobs/tickets and is very much a hassle to quit working halfway through a job and go complete a ticket. A lot of times I just fill out paper tickets for the customer because its quicker and easier.
