If getting lost is your goal, try Sygic. It's specialty seems to be weirdly unnecessarily complicated and inaccurate navigation. My last session was a 9-mile, essentially straight line and it managed to route me along a path of about 13 miles, a lot of it turning the wrong way. Also, it doesn't announce freeway exits by name, only exit number...which is difficult where I am since the exits often don't have marked or easily seen numbers. I expected more from a pay to play app.

Used Sygic for long, works well. Years ago paid for a lifetime license with voice navigation, lane guidance, etc. which still work on the original device. However, when I put the app on my new phone and signed in, all the bells and whistles are gone, it's just like the free version. Contacted tech service by email, they said those features have moved into Premium. What good was paying for a lifetime license? Don't pay for extras, just use the free version, because the future isn't guaranteed.

I paid for this app years ago yet keep getting notifications to upgrade to premium (apparently multi tiered) it's very annoying. I rarely use the app anyways because Google maps is way more accurate, I can't even use it to route to my friends house because it doesn't know where it is (really?). Also, I drive to jobs all over the city and Sygic sends me on crazy routes. Bought this app to replace Google but since it simply doesn't work as well, I have no choice but to keep using Google..
