I installed this app, paying $2.99 for a 3 day trial to fin D a missinv phone. I received a pop-up message stating my account would be auto-renewed for $39.99, so I tried to cancel the subscription before it was renewed! Their website tried to trick/force me to select a discounted rate to "Change Plans" when I just want to CANCEL my plan completely! I've proceeded with my financial institution to decline the pending charge & block the billing source from any future charges!! SCAM!!

I've read so many reviews and many people have the same issues I am having . very unfriendly app. once you decide to sign up for trial and pug info in the constantly wants more money from you will not let you escape the page and I've had it for two days and haven't gotten to use yet . I've gotten the 9.99 deal and it still want to show me that deal and I've fixed my password so many times . I've asked to cancel and still I'm having issues when I try to cancel. I'm sick of all this stuff .😵‍💫

I went to look on the Premium page to see what it was. The full content could not be displayed. My card is in a pending stage for the trial period of 3 days. Tried to go and cancel on the website and when I hit cancel it went to another offer at a lower price. Still unable to confirm a cancel. The charge is supposed to take place in 3 days. If hitting cancel on the first page will resolve this, I will be okay. **The phone number associated with the bank charge was not in service !
