Last week I purchased the live traffic and since then I wasn't able to use it. I e-mail sygic couple of times and I got no replay. I have been with sygic for 3 years but not anymore. Sygic customers service is non-existent. I have asked for my money back an I got silance. I do not know why are they on google play to be honest.
I have tried to contact Sigic with no success. Im happy to pay the $99 full version upgrade, but only once it is confirmed I can view ALL written instructions and easily avoid any I feel uncomfortable with in a heavy vehicle. You cant just take off in a truck and hope for the best, to do so is dangerous. If i cant view and have input into the route then the app has no use or value to me. If the paid full version provides this then im happy to update, otherwise its a new stand alone GPS for me!
Again. After update I had to reinstall app. I lost all data. Many times it stops working during navigation. It's just unreliable. Definitely I wouldn't pay for it again. It could be a good app but these stupid issues just take it down.
It frequently gets the number of exits from roundabouts wrong and twice has directed me down a road with a bridge too low for my vehicle, even though vehicle height had been set correctly in the settings, plus it frequently ignores weight restrictions. If you always check bridge heights manually & look at screen display when approaching any roundabouts or turns, then it is ok. But without being updated I find it a bit pricey and will not be buying it again next year !
Guided me all across the Eu and Uk, too bad now it burned my galaxy s8 screen, do not use this on amoled displays.
I can't restore my navigation, every time I try to install the maps it's showing me error downloading sources from Google play store, I have wi-fi connection. Please fix it
