I've not been locked out of control of my daughter's device for more than 3 days and Norton says they can't do anything about it and refuse to issue a refund because I've had the product longer than 60 days. They cannot tell me when their "server issue" will be resolved and seen to not care that they aren't providing the service that was promised.
The idea is great however the blocking during different times of the day does not work!! I have it set to lock my child out during school hours other than calls to her "allowed contacts" and it doesn't block her from anything!! Don't waste your money!
This app DOES not work. Any child over the ago of 11 can figure out how to get around the app by using Google assist. An email to Norton confirmed that they are aware of this and there are no plans to patch the issue. A complete waste of money in my opinion.
This app is like jail. I feel I have no freedom and I did nothing to deserve this. I did nothing to break my parents trust. This makes everything worse in my life. I don't recommend using this app. I feel that I did something wrong when I did nothing.
It's a really good idea but it does not work most of the time, In parent mode I am not able to change house rules. It does not refresh with current activity either. Edit: Okay so the problem appears when I launch the application and it automatically logs me in without me having to enter my credentials that's when the syncing problem occurs, I cannot edit house rules and no devices are listed for both my kids, if I launch the app and I have to enter my credentials then the syncing problem is not present and the app works as it should.
Would be great to know - Why has the mine stopped showing messages and app use like it used to?
