Latest update has resolved this issue. Thank you. (So far Norton has alerted me of an intrusion, but the Identity Protection is sketchy, now I get a screen showing a 'worker' with the caption, "Sorry service is not available". I've rebooted my device several times and everything is running so slowly and then it crashes. I fear my device has a virus.)

When I purchased Norton 360, I thought I would be covered for mostly everything. But I keep getting ads & announcements for additional coverage for a substantial add' l cost that I thought I already had through Norton 360. And I keep getting several announcements that I have a weak password for my own WIFI. These interruptions irrates me. Because they won't go away even after I delete them several times in a row.

I've been subscribed to Norton 360 for almost 3 years now, and the services provided on my PC & phone have been great so far. My only problem is that, given how much I pay annually, I wish I had been given more than 3 licenses to use. But in their defense, they emailed me some time last year offering me 2 more licenses for my account absolutely free of charge, but by the time I saw the email to indulge in the offer, I had already missed it. Please email the offer to me again Norton! 😂😭🙏
