Ratings and reviews

App has great until about a week ago. It has issues saying that my Network is compromised on my mobile phone even though my Norton 360 app is on same network as my laptop and it has no issues. It also does it on random networks that I use regularly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times and it comes right back each time. This is very frustrating and I need someone at Norton to come up with a solution please!!!!

Recent changes are REALLY bothering me. It claims my wifi security is compromised but the Norton scan run by my desktop disagrees. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it's trying to force me to allow unrestricted battery, permission to control my phone, full-time location access, PLUS it still has a problem with my wifi. I've about had it.

The reason for 1 star is Norton is constantly trying to sell me something. I bought 5 license for one full year and they keep trying to sell me more things, it is non stop and there is no way to opt out of it. I will definitely not continue my subscription next year. They are more annoying than an actual Trojan. Their product works and protects all your devices. Just remember, you will constantly be advertised for more things to buy.
