edit: App is much improved after last major update. I had trouble with passes for the first time in a long while. Sent Symliv an email and was contacted the same day. Fixed the following day. This app is absolutely awful. The UI is just terrible! The screen font is so small I can't even see it with 3+ readers. The required drop down box responses do not auto-populate making it impossible to move to the next step. I have to use my computer for all app tasks - it is truly worthless.

Wish I could give it a zero. It never works, I log in and out over and still cannot get it to work. It either says "there was an error sending your pass" or none of my info will populate. So many people in our neighborhood having the same problems. We all have different phone types and carriers (which is what they try to blame it on). I think our POA wasted a ton of OUR money on this JUNK! I still have to call our guards to get passes. Ugh. 0 stars

I've un-installed and reinstalled the app it still doesn't work properly. It's been 3 weeks since the gate system was installed and the app still doesn't work...
