Love it This app could become big. I really hope you plan to add on. I have apps with similarities and more options, but this is too awesome not to keep. Maybe this chillaxin gag, could turn into a continuation of what one of my favorite people dedicated himself too. I would use it. By the way I am a mental health worker and suffered myself. Great App Feels lovely and relaxing. Both apps are stunning and at present the one that feels right is the organ regeneration app,very energising and strangely i can subtly hear the music long after the app stops. This one also seems good for room cleansing. Suggest experiment with apps as their might be benefits other than the description. A free app with tons of intrinsic value.
Just what I needed!! Thank you, for helping my brain break free from the loop of destructive thoughts fueled by fear. After 1 session, I feel so calm and peaceful. My body, mind, heart, soul and energy are filled with such gratitude for all who created this app, and for making it free. I look forward to sharing this with my family too! Ps, I love the name! it's a huge part of its effectiveness (to me). And for my tween nieces and nephew, I'll just read it to them and say "screwitol". Blessed be, kind souls.
Useless Totally pointless and useless for any form of panic attack unless it's a very minor one. Not much use in having to do research when your thought are all over the place. The app doesn't see to understand that anxiety suffers can't concentrate etc. So it needs to be something that is quick and simple to get a benefit from.
Is this a joke? We are told to push away thoughts and feelings. That doesnt sound like anything else I have ever heard nor have I ever heard anyone find success with that approach. Being mindful and accepting of of our thoughts and feelings takes the power away from them. The more we resist, the stringer and more uncomfortable the feelings become. "This is my world and I am in control?" So we are suppose to lie to ourselves so we disconnect from reality to find a false sense of control and security? The world is not safe and we are in control of notjing other than our own attitude, thoughts and feelings but even that takes practice and can feel like our habits control us since they can be so deeply engrained.
